• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring technical excellence.
• Familiarity with building regulations, NHBC standards, and other relevant legislation.
• Strong knowledge of housebuilding construction.
• Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role within the residential development sector.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Multi-phased residential development with another 8 years minimum. This phase specifically Build to Rent.
