- Deliver high quality snag free projects on time and to meet tender budget margin
- ME coordination of multiple projects in region as allocated by Operations Director
- Manage, monitor, and support site management team on M E packages as required to meet programme, quality standards, budget, and tender margin
- Management of design build projects to meet client requirements as required
- Prepare Contractual claims if required
- Management of the release of final retentions on projects as allocated by Operations Director to include
- Prepare contra charges for subcontractors with back up
- Organize and manage Conack snag team to finalize snags outstanding
- Agree snag lists with design team and Client
- Ensure subcontractor retentions are not paid without contra charges
- Assist in estimating projects as directed by Operations Director and senior management
- Allocate snag works to be completed by subcontractors responsible
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times on all projects
