Inspection services for solar/PV, electrical and general construction
Order and coordinate delivery of necessary materials.
Assist in lay out of work for crew.
Responsible for the construction worker agreement of subcontractors, inspection and logistics of large-scale roof and ground mount PV electrical systems.
Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule.
Comply with all documentation requirements and fill out all project related reports, such as: Daily Reports, Safety Reports, Inspection Reports, 2 & 3 week look ahead schedules, etc.
Audit safe work practices, ensuring PPE is available and used properly.
Assist superintendents with training, appraising work performance and addressing concerns of employees in the field.
Interpret specifications and read blueprints.

Moderate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Able to Travel
Knowledge of DAS or SCADA installations. Including but not limited to the installation of a systems weather station and various components.
5-8 years of experience in Commercial Solar Electrical Work
Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and use of hands and arms to operate equipment. Must have a strong sense of balance and no fear of heights. Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
OSHA 30
3-5 years' experience in Electrical Sub-contractor supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
