HR Business Partner

Description

• Build a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous growth, supporting both employees and leadership.
• Partner with colleagues across the Talent team to deliver forward-thinking initiatives that strengthen culture and employee experience.
• Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring employees feel supported during times of transition.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in HRIS (Workday) and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist managers with performance management conversations and documentation.
• Support Senior HRBPs in handling employee relations matters.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, aligning HR strategies with business priorities.

Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Operations, Psychology.
• Experience with a HRIS, ideally Workday.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, professional environment while balancing multiple priorities.
• General knowledge of employee relations and an ability to manage sensitive matters with care and discretion.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, You’re approachable, humble, and collaborative.
