Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Description

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to offer acceptance
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and other HR tools
• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
