As a Valuation Services Director you will deliver top‑tier valuation and advisory solutions, leveraging Colliers’ full platform of services. You will originate new client relationships, nurture existing ones, and manage geographically dispersed teams to ensure exceptional service. The role involves overseeing appraisal assignments, supervising trainee appraisers, and executing valuations for a variety of corporate clients, REITs, pension funds and lenders.
The ideal candidate is an enterprising, collaborative team player with a MAI designation and at least 10 years of relevant experience. A bachelor’s degree and advanced appraisal coursework are preferred, and proficiency with Argus, Excel, and Microsoft Office is required. Strong communication skills, a client‑service mindset, and the ability to work across internal and external partners are essential.
Compensation is 100 % commission‑based with eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
