- Développer et implanter le Plan de Gestion BIM afin d’assurer la clarté des processus de travail.
- Analyser les conflits techniques et coordonner les solutions pour minimiser les retards et coûts.
- Utiliser des outils avancés comme Navisworks pour détecter les clashes et proposer des solutions efficaces.
- Assurer la communication technique entre les équipes, les clients et les partenaires.
- Structurer les flux de données pour garantir l’interopérabilité entre les différentes plateformes et assurer une gestion optimale des informations.
- Encadrer les équipes de modélisation en offrant du mentorat, de la formation et un soutien continu.
- Superviser la qualité des modèles BIM pour garantir leurs précision, cohérence et conformité aux standards.
- Planifier les phases de modélisation et de coordination pour s’assurer du respect des échéanciers et des exigences de qualité.
- Améliorer les processus BIM en introduisant des solutions et technologies innovantes.
