Lead cloud infrastructure modernization, containerization, and microservices deployments
Lead disaster recovery, incident response, and cloud governance best practices
Mentor junior engineers and help drive DevOps culture within the team
Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
Architect, deploy, and manage scalable AWS cloud environments across Dev, Staging, and Production
Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
Implement advanced observability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK/EFK
Automate deployment processes, monitoring, backups, and operational workflows
Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to align infrastructure with business goals

Strong Docker and Kubernetes/EKS experience
Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems or PropTech platforms
AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect or DevOps)
Cost optimisation experience in large cloud environments
Experience with CI/CD tools and microservices environments
Ability to diagnose, optimize, and scale high-traffic systems
Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM design, and network architecture
Expert-level AWS skills (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route53, ALB/NLB)
Proficiency in Terraform or CloudFormation
Experience designing data pipelines or ETL systems
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell)
Ability to influence technology, architecture, and DevOps direction group-wide
7-10+ years of DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or SRE experience
