Help maintain company policies and procedures, updating electronic databases as needed to ensure compliance and clarity.
Support the HR Manager with administrative tasks and special projects, including data compilation, analysis, and generating reports for leadership.
Play a key role in orienting and onboarding new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
Assist with organizing employee events and activities, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Organize and facilitate drug screenings, background checks, and new hire orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Minimum of two years’ experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and HR administration. Experience in construction or industrial settings is a plus.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Fast-paced office setting with occasional moderate noise.
High school diploma required; relevant college coursework or degree strongly preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Consistent reliability and punctuality.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance with company policies.
Bi-lingual proficiency is a significant asset.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in office technology, including computers, copiers, and printers.
Consistently demonstrate reliable attendance and a collaborative attitude.
Ability to analyze issues independently and work effectively under deadlines.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
Flexibility to travel or work evenings and weekends when required.
Attention to detail and capacity to follow complex instructions.
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
