In this position you will partner with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to produce high‑quality digital representations for utilities, renovations, restorations, maintenance and retro‑fitting projects. You will also assist stakeholders in adopting Scan‑to‑BIM standards and ensure coordinated workflows across multiple parties.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in GIS, geography, geomatics, engineering or a related field and have at least five years of relevant experience. Proficiency with BIM tools such as AutoCAD or Revit is required, and experience with GIS, laser scanning or photogrammetry is a strong advantage. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn emerging technologies are essential.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $81,515 to $112,083, with additional elements such as bonuses, overtime, and benefits that may vary based on experience, location and other factors.
