Develops and presents quality non- conformance data and trending to executive leadership.
Leads and drives complex, cross functional strategic improvement initiatives and the standardization of common QA/QC processes.

Master knowledge and understanding of relevant federal, state, and local construction codes and standards and PGE construction standards, bulletins and guidance documents.
Relevant utility industry experience, 10 years
Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
Electric Utility Experience – GO 165 Field Compliance Inspections, Maintenance & Construction, Quality Control, Quality Verification, CIRT, Asset Strategy, Standards, Work Methods and Procedures
Expert knowledge of the requirements of Transmission Preventative Maintenance Manual - ETPM
Current or previous PG&E supervisory experience over Compliance Inspector, Linemen, QA or QC Specialist
ASQ Quality Improvement Associate Certification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management or related field or equivalent experience
Ability to travel up to 50% of working time with occasional overnight stays
