Assistant Manager - Facilities

Description

• Serve as the single point of contact for delivering facilities management services to the client.
• Oversee delivery and maintenance of client facilities across Bangalore and Hyderabad sites.
• Develop deep understanding of the client’s business to guide service delivery and client‑specific initiatives such as savings, energy management, benchmarking and sustainability.
• Liaise regularly with client business managers and building management, ensuring relationship management and issue resolution.
• Lead and manage the facilities team, including recruitment, performance assessment and adherence to SLA and KPI reporting.
• Ensure consistent monthly (MMR) and quarterly (QBR) reporting and review against agreed metrics.
• Supervise cleaning, pest control, housekeeping rules, and overall facilities data collection and reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships, incident reporting, engineering management, and ensure services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Implement preventive and reactive maintenance programs for client‑owned equipment, monitoring quality assurance and statutory compliance.
• Produce monthly reports on energy consumption, downtime and consumables usage.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for facilities operations.
