Complete accurate records, annotate plans, and submit reports using mobile data capture applications. Support the team with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of monitoring equipment as required.
Collect samples on behalf of Scottish Water, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
Moving heavy items including inspection chamber covers.
Daily/weekly checks of equipment & Vehicles.
Work as part of a 2–3 person team alongside an experienced Senior Technician. Survey wastewater assets, including manholes, CSOs, and pumping stations.

Working in all weather conditions.
Ideally, some prior experience in a wastewater-related role.
Strong utilities background and willingness to learn new skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous record-keeping. Demonstrable reliability, flexibility, and a strong team ethic.
You may be required to work in confined spaces and on highways.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to complete paperwork accurately and annotate plans. Comfortable working in confined spaces.
Familiarity with phone applications for data capture.
Please note mandatory drugs and alcohol tests are undertaken for this role and a DBS check will be undertaken.
Experience using drills and taking precise measurements.
