In this role you will provide engineering designs and support throughout every stage of the development process, from initial viability advice to design development, technical consent and construction support. You will assess consultant designs for cost‑effectiveness and compliance, commission and manage civil and structural consultants, and liaise with NHBC to ensure pre‑construction standards are met and conditional items are resolved.
