Staff Technical Program Manager

Form Energy develops revolutionary energy storage systems to accelerate the transition to renewable energy.
Lead cross‑functional product development from prototype to commercial manufacturing
Single accountable owner of Form’s phase gate product development system (updating and implementing).
Collaborate with Engineering leadership to construct and maintain product development plans, schedules, and trackers consistent with Form’s PDP
Assess and mitigate program risks based on development activities across electrical, controls, mechanical, and chemical subsystems
Drive product development programs to milestones while managing and communicating schedules across multiple teams to ensure efficient alignment, coordination, and execution of Form’s highly cross-functional goals
Contribute to program management systems and structures based on best-practices and your personal experience, to effectively integrate with and support Form Energy’s world-class technical team
Proactively identify and frame key decisions, risks, and work with stakeholders to develop decision-quality options; facilitate progress by ensuring appropriate scheduling, resourcing, and prioritization of engineering workflows
Contribute to and execute on Form’s Product Development Process directly supporting the integration of sub systems supporting the architecture team, through the full life cycle of the product (PDP)
