The Human Capital Management Analyst role focuses on continuous analysis, design, and optimization of Oracle HCM systems, translating business needs into technical solutions, providing HRIT support, and ensuring data integrity and system performance.
Essential duties include troubleshooting helpdesk tickets, performing root‑cause analysis, documenting processes, creating functional specifications, writing advanced SQL queries, designing test plans, reviewing system upgrades, leading data conversion projects, and supporting compliance audits.
- Provide first‑level HRIT helpdesk support and resolve tickets
- Perform complex data reconciliation and root‑cause analysis across multiple sources
- Document end‑to‑end business processes and develop proactive technical solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements
- Write and execute advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis
- Design, create, and execute comprehensive technical test plans and scripts
- Review system software upgrades and support quarterly release testing
- Lead data conversion projects, including data gathering, loading, and technical auditing
- Support SOX compliance and auditing by preparing and validating system data and reports
- Identify and implement automation, configuration, or workflow improvements to increase HR process efficiency

Candidates need a STEM bachelor’s degree, minimum three years of Oracle HCM support experience, strong SQL and database knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Google Platform, Microsoft Office, and Oracle HCM Cloud. Compensation ranges from $97k‑$119k plus discretionary bonus, in an office environment.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related quantitative field
