Adhere to deadlines and budgets, producing projects in time and in budget.
Draft architectural plans using computer-aided design and drafting software (Revit)
Attend bi-weekly department meetings and participate in discussions
Specify dimensions, square footage, flooring materials and lighting plans

General Building Construction knowledge for SD/DD/CD

Ability to travel and perform Construction Administration on various projects
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
2-5 years of professional experience
Ability to take direction and perform specific tasks independently without direct supervision.
Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
