- Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.
- Understand the importance of following General Construction and Haller Safety protocols.
- Able to fit and install groove pipe and fittings.
- A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus!
- Has EPA certification
- Demonstrate proper cleanliness and a clean organized safe work area.
- Proper brazing techniques.
- 4 + years of New Construction experience. (REQUIRED)
- Ability to read and follow MEP drawings.
- Demonstrate proper safety actions and ability to identify risk factors involved in lift usage.
- Able to modify duct sizes for proper CFM.
- Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
- Ability to evacuate and charge systems.
- Situational awareness including overhead fall risks.
- Ability to identify safety risks on the job.
- Ability to handle unsafe situations including General Construction unsafe practices.
- Ability to fabricate ductboard fittings (45/90), offsets, and risers.
- Ability to layout and measure metal duct
- Safe and proper ladder usage.
- An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
