The Regional Quality Control Manager will support dedicated geographical areas, visiting project sites across the region and working flexibly from any regional office or remotely. The role ensures projects are ready to deliver a quality product by supporting pre‑construction activities and applying QC processes throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with the Business System & Digital Team will enable the adoption of digital tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud for quality planning and management.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience with ISO standards and hold an IRCA‑qualified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification. They will have a proven track record of internal auditing across a variety of management systems and be comfortable influencing stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and a valid driving licence with willingness to travel, including overnight stays, are also required.
Applicants should possess a construction‑related degree or a trade background with construction management experience, a valid CSCS card, SMSTS qualification, and competence in health and safety practice with basic first‑aid knowledge. An HNC/HND in a relevant discipline is expected, providing a solid foundation for supporting on‑site teams and driving continuous improvement.
In return, Robertson offers a comprehensive rewards package including 33 days of annual leave (pro‑rata for part‑time roles), a salary‑sacrifice pension scheme and life assurance.
