To help us in our mission to professionalize and innovate telecom construction, ByVerTek is seeking a Marketing Specialist. This role will develop, execute, and optimize online strategies, enhance brand presence, and drive customer acquisition. The specialist serves as a key ambassador, creating content, establishing internal marketing protocols, and partnering in sales lead generation.

• Develop and promote a deep understanding of ByVerTek’s value proposition and mission
• Consult with clients and business partners to identify messaging and positioning for telecom construction industry
• Promote and develop marketing materials and branding protocols
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Create and manage content for social media, website, email, and blogs; ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and SEO optimization
• Set up and produce meeting content; maintain branding consistency for PowerPoint and MS Teams
• Partner with IT to manage SharePoint platform and develop SOPs for content security and workflow
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and user experience enhancements
• Track and report key performance metrics, campaign results, and ROI using Google Analytics and CRM dashboards
• Produce regular performance reports with insights, recommendations, and conversion metrics
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas across marketing channels
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices; onboard new hires to use company marketing protocols
• Protect the security and privacy of ByVerTek and its customers
• Support development and execution of public relations strategy and create press releases
• Maintain and grow company presence across major social platforms
• Manage SEO/SEM to maximize rankings and traffic
• Monitor and respond to online reviews, customer comments, and company ratings on review and recruiting platforms
• Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand guidelines and industry regulations

Requirements

The ideal candidate has digital marketing experience, a passion for engaging content, and is professional, creative, and data‑driven. Only locally based candidates will be considered; the position is 100 % on‑site at our Boca Raton corporate office with occasional travel, and there is no hybrid or remote option.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 2-5 years experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand optimization
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, advanced PowerPoint, social media, CRM (Pipedrive a plus), and Google Ads
• Creative thinker familiar with digital marketing tactics, planning, and reporting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills
• Highly adaptable to changing priorities
• Comfortable presenting campaign performance data to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Data‑driven analytical skill set; ability to report on outcomes and results
• Ability to work effectively across teams, departments, and third parties
• Experience with task management software (Wrike)
• Apple/MAC working experience
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards communicating performance metrics and ROI to stakeholders
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and sit at a desk for long periods
