Business Development Manager

• Build new client relationships and strengthen the ones we already have
• Represent H2M at industry events and networking opportunities- be the person everyone wants to meet
• Keep your pipeline organized and share progress through our CRM tools
• Work closely with leadership to develop proposals and strategies that win
• Create and execute smart strategies to open doors and grow our presence in the market

Requirements

That’s why we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who loves connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into results. • At least 7 years of outside sales experience in AEC or Real Estate markets
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• A proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills- you know how to make an impression
• Must be local to NYC and understand the market.
