Provide technical support to teams and clients.

Assist the Operations Manager with planning, scheduling, and contract oversight.
Lead daily site operations, ensuring work is safely, efficiently, and correctly delivered.
Monitor performance, carry out site audits, and resolve issues proactively.

Strong communicator with effective problem-solving and time-management skills.
Confident leading teams and promoting safe working practices.
Full UK Driving Licence, PTS, and SMSTS essential.
Experienced in rail environments, with track renewal/drainage knowledge.
Flexible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
