- Strong orientation towards results and a resilient work ethic with the emotional intelligence to know when to push harder and when to look for alternative approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Project management skills - proven ability to oversee a project with the objective of prioritizing and investing time appropriately.
