Understand and stay current with market trends, tenant/buyer movement and deal points
Valid driver’s license
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
Effective communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Quickly grasp and understand Cresa’s niche market advantages and convey this differentiation in a compelling manner
Able to work independently and prioritize
