User-Centered Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the system provides a seamless and engaging experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with end users, product teams, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure product alignment.

Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.
This role will be based onsite in our Dallas location. If not local to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area, the role will require relocation upon hire.
Strong knowledge of Casino Systems (may include Patron Management, Cage & Credit, Tables, etc.)
Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the gaming industry.
At least 21 years of age.
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and user experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
