- Oversee account management performance and act as a key escalation point

- Manage the full sales process from opportunity to delivery
- Deliver budgeted sales targets across your assigned customer base
- Build strong relationships with Caterpillar to support sales outcomes

- Advanced leadership/people management experience with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate teams across multiple functions not directly within the reporting line
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach sales teams to high performance.
- Proven marketing ability, understanding how to create compelling offers, effective sales funnel management and sales velocity through organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Marketing, technically related discipline or a retail management role within large and complex organisations
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), including consultation, negotiation, and facilitation skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven leadership ability to embed the Values and Behaviours of our business
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
