The Leasing Consultant is expected to deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and maintain retention, process lease applications and communicate results, create a friendly professional office environment through exemplary customer service, regularly inspect tour paths, amenities, model units and community areas for quality assurance, and work collaboratively as part of a team to overcome obstacles.
Candidates should have at least six months of conventional apartment or student housing leasing experience, an outgoing gregarious personality with enthusiasm for marketing, leasing and sales, active knowledge of social media, proficiency in converting calls to appointments and appointments to leases, strong organizational and administrative abilities, excellent communication and people skills, a passion for serving residents, prospects, vendors and colleagues, knowledge of Fair Housing Law, and a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
