National RTO Manager

Tasks

-Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management across RTO, Safety & Pre-Trade teams -Oversee the Institute Workshop and Safety Training team -Drive digital transformation including aXcelerate, online assessments, and record digitisation -Liaise with ASQA, DTWD, and key internal/external stakeholders -Ensure compliance with ASQA, ISO 9001, and funding submissions (e.g. RAPT, Smart & Skilled) -Lead and manage RTO compliance, scope, and quality across WA and NSW -Conduct internal audits and implement improvements with the L&D team

What You Bring

-Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills -In-depth knowledge of RTO management and National VET Framework -Proven leadership across multi-functional teams -Advanced Microsoft Office skills and digital systems experience -Certificate IV in Training & Assessment coupled with relevant RTO experience, preferably in the industrial/mining industry -Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
