The Leasing Consultant welcomes prospective residents, coordinates tours, and responds to leasing inquiries. The role also handles day‑to‑day resident issues, coordinates lease renewals, and serves as the central communication hub between residents, management, and maintenance teams.
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors.
- Lease apartments and promote property products within budget.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Standards in all interactions.
- Track leasing traffic entries and monitor trends.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and major competition.
- Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as preferred choices.
- Coordinate resident application review according to Bell guidelines.
- Prepare complete lease packets, including addendums and required forms.
- Provide timely follow‑up on resident inquiries, complaints, and issues.

- Hold a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or leasing experience.

- Work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Meet physical requirements: walk, bend, lift up to 30 lb, and handle mechanical/electrical equipment.
