- Attention to Detail: Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task with limited supervision.
- Mathematical Reasoning: Basic math skills with an understanding of decimal equivalents.
- Measurements: Ability to operate and read various measuring devices used to ensure quality of products. Able to read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance, use protractor to measure angles to +/- 1 degree and ability to use and read a micrometer
- Communication: Able to communicate effectively in a group setting and one on one.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- Any amount of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and training a plus.
- Reading Comprehension: Ability to read and understand production drawings.
- Accountability & Dependability: Ability to be at work on time, and follow instructions, policies and procedures.
