Resolving management, design and technical issues within the project scope and escalate as needed to ensure project objectives are met
Overall design management and technical coordination, and coordinating project design and management with both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring quality control and project execution
Managing and collaborating closely with team and senior staff supporting the design and technical tasks
Communicates openly, embrace mentorship, and nurture the next generation of designers and technical staff
Proactive decision-making in selecting appropriate methods and standards for managing staff and executing the work from the proposal stage through all project phases
Partners with other studio principals to pursue business opportunities and develop relationships with clients
Works with principals to establish strategic, planning and design visions for complex projects

Advanced master-planning and building planning skills
Understanding of market trends of these sectors and ability to tailor designs to client’s business objectives
Professional licensed Architect preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
