Ensure the web-based maintenance communication tool is accurate, current, and regularly updated for all aircraft.
Oversee and manage all scheduled maintenance activities and coordinate recovery efforts for unscheduled or abnormal maintenance events.
Monitor aircraft operating under an MEL, providing recommendations to return them to full service as quickly as possible.
Manage maintenance subcontractors and oversee related logistics, including booking travel and accommodations.

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in aviation maintenance.
Strong computer skills with the ability to use a variety of systems and tools effectively.
Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance operations, with experience at the operational or management level preferred.

This resident position is based out of either Edmonton, AB or Yellowknife, NT
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency with maintenance tracking software.
Previous experience as an AME or Crew Chief (or equivalent role) is required.
