Maintains primary accountability for all structural designs, sharing engineering responsibility
Ensures staff forecasting is current on a weekly basis for the discipline, as entered in the Manpower Management System (MMS). Help in adjustment of resource additions / reductions within the discipline
Participates in weekly project meetings, including report-out on project progress, performance risks, budget status, coordination issues, and staffing requirements
When necessary, employ the use of personal process engineering capabilities related to programming, planning, design and project management on specific project assignments
Mentors Interns and junior members of project teams

Professional Engineering (PE) License

Nation Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) Record preferred
Adept at interfacing with and aligning multiple stakeholders with diplomacy while exhibiting a professional demeanor
Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills in meetings and reports along with respect, tact and diplomacy

Experienced in Autodesk Building Systems Software design and delivery systems

Civil design experience using AutoCAD Civil3D
Prior experience working with high hazard (H occupancy) facility types
