- Assist with valuation of change orders, interim payments and final accounts.
- As a Procurement Graduate at PM Group, your day to day role would involve, but would not be limited to the following activities in assisting project procurement personal:
- Manage the day to day systems which the department uses Commercial Manage System (CMS) Cork Business Unit SharePoint, Sourcedogg.
- Assist with co-ordination of RFIs.
- Manage Equipment procurement schedules (EPS)
- Assist with preparation of bid lists
- Assist in preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Request for Tender (RFTs).
- Assist with change management.
- Assist in evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender reports.
- Builds positive relationships with internal team members.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplined team on projects in the following
- Assist with reconciliation of tenders with package budgets.
- Assist in prequalification process.
