Responsibilities include but are not limited to: field observations and inspections, onscreen estimating, proposal writing, detail review, client interactions, change order management and association involvement (on committees within associations).
As the PE-II you will be responsible for contract scope verification, client relationship and overall project engagement from start to finish. This includes participation in client education and leading client meetings.
The PE-II will be the primary contact in the entire estimating process with the responsibility of working with management on content and scope of each estimate they produce.
Responsible to independently conduct Field Inspections and determine what each project will require.
