Responsibilities include technical design calculations, developing floor plans, and creating schematic diagrams within established standards and project budgets. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, high ethical standards, proficiency in Revit, and effective communication and organizational skills.

Compensation ranges from $69,500 to $94,500 annually, determined by experience, education, skills, geography, and performance, with potential additional incentives.
