Fluent in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and blueprint reading.
OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.
5+ years of management experience with proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
Proficient in G-code and M-code programming.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards preferred.
5+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing production environment, with hands-on experience on CNC Lathes and Mills.
Strong understanding of Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and unit conversions.
Able to stand for up to 8 hours, with scheduled breaks.
Proficient with Mastercam; certification preferred.
Experience with 3D machining is a plus.
Must be able to lift, carry, and stack products weighing 35–45 pounds.
2+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
Familiar with ERP or shop management software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF).
Six Sigma Green Belt \ required; Black Belt certification preferred.
Occasional bending, stooping, twisting, and repetitive tasks (2–4 hours at a time).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
