Interior Site Supervisor

Description

We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee residential interior execution at our project sites across Chennai. The ideal candidate will supervise on-site work, coordinate teams, and most importantly, ensure timely availability of materials to avoid any project delays. This role focuses entirely on residential projects such as apartments and villas.

• Supervise and manage day-to-day interior work at residential sites.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other specialists on-site.
• Plan and maintain material availability by coordinating with the procurement team and vendors.
• Track material usage and avoid wastage.
• Monitor ongoing work to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly to maintain work continuity.
• Prepare and share daily progress reports with the project manager.
• Take daily measurements and prepare material requirement lists in advance.
• Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of modular works, false ceilings, electricals, painting, and finishing.
• 0–2 years of site supervision experience in residential interior projects.
• Ability to read basic layout drawings.
• Must be capable of tracking and managing material movement at site.
• Flexible to travel to various project locations across Chennai.
• ITI/Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
