Maintain and repair building services, fabrics, lighting, plumbing, and oversee contractors.

Tasks

-Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. -Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs. -Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems. -Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance. -Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU’s / FCU’s and Basic Plumbing requirements -Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required. -Oversee and liaise with contractors across site. -Repairs floor & wall coverings.
