Work in close collaboration with the entire sales team.
Conduct margin and profitability analyses, including baseline checks for bonus agreements and quarterly thresholds.
Ensure compliance of sales processes with internal controls and PAP regulations.

Manage customer pricing setup, price increases, specialty pricing, and cost maintenance in ProAlpha.
Support international pricing negotiations with Austria, Germany, and China to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market pricing.

Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports by region, territory, and total sales to all pertinent parties.
Support accounting and finance with ad-hoc reports and projects, as well as margin/bonus evaluations.
Create accurate sales forecasts at both regional and territory levels, including both detailed and consolidated reports.
Set growth targets, track sales performance, and provide management with scenario-based planning tools.
Provide data-driven recommendations during customer negotiations and pricing adjustments.

Monitor weekly on-hand inventory reports (via ProAlpha) and coordinate with purchasing and supply chain to manage inventory risks.

Perform Training on relevant systems, including the CRM platform.

Analyze sales data and market developments in order to provide actionable insights.
Evaluate and optimize customer contribution margins (velocity pricing) to maximize profits.
Act as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) power user to support sales execution and performance monitoring.
Analyze and collect competitor pricing.
Report directly to the President and support the COO in the execution of strategic and financial tasks. Collaborate with members of the leadership team to assist the company in meeting its strategic goals and objectives.

Expertise in both ERP systems (ProAlpha preferred) and CRM systems.
