- Knowledge of California Government Code Sec. 4216 and CGA Best Practices and Confined Space Entry (Title 8 of CCR Article 108 Sections 5156 and 5158 or ability)
- Willing to travel out of town and overnight if needed.

- OSHA 10 Certification and current CPR certification preferred.
- GPR, including utility reading and scanning for reinforcement/utilities in concrete pads and walls.

- Underground utility detection/location using Radio Frequency (passive and active) and Ground Penetrating Radar methods, including accurately interpreting utility readings.
- Experience working in or with:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel, AutoCAD, Adobe, Blue Beam, etc.
