Data Center Operations Technician

Description

Provide Level technical support and remote hands assistance to customers

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure (UPS, HVAC, PDUs, etc.)
• Perform physical installations, cabling, and provisioning of services
• Escalate and resolve incidents in a calm, professional manner
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform shift handovers

Requirements

Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in cold environments

Familiarity with Microsoft OS, backup platforms (Commvault), and cabling standards (568A/B)

ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
