The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the organization complies with cyber security regulations such as NERC CIP, Gas TSA, and other industry standards. The analyst will execute and support the compliance program, drive efficiencies, manage risks, and align technical solutions with regulatory requirements while serving as a subject‑matter expert on security and compliance posture. This position is hybrid, requiring office presence three days a week.
Key responsibilities include integrating information security policies, establishing stakeholder communication channels, interpreting relevant laws and standards, and consolidating them into a unified controls program. The analyst will also assess policy needs and work with stakeholders to develop controls governing security and compliance activities.
Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and 2‑5 years of experience in information security or cyber‑security policy, with knowledge of frameworks such as NERC CIP, TSA, SOX, NIST, and SEC. Strong problem‑solving skills are required, and experience in audit, risk, legal, or compliance analysis is preferred.
