As the Regional Building Operation Systems (BOS) Manager, you will lead the strategic operation and maintenance of the region’s digital building portfolio, integrating BMS, LMS, and IoT technologies into a centralized cloud platform to drive efficiency and sustainability. You will act as the technical bridge between Facility Management and IT, ensuring compliance with Client Digital Building standards and cybersecurity requirements.
- Lead strategic operation and maintenance of the regional digital building portfolio, integrating BMS, LMS, and IoT into a cloud platform.
- Implement digital strategy frameworks and ensure adherence to Client Digital Building standards and cybersecurity policies.
- Oversee system integration, including ontology mapping, data validation, and onboarding of buildings to the BOS platform.
- Analyze real‑time operational data to improve energy performance and reduce costs.
- Manage projects and coordinate with OEMs/vendors for hardware upgrades, software integration, and defect resolution.
- Maintain ICT network infrastructure and enforce cyber compliance for all connected devices.
- Serve as primary escalation point for BOS integration issues, ensuring equipment resiliency and uptime.
- Audit and manage inventory of digital hardware, software, and licensing.

- Require a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT and 5–8 years of experience with smart building technologies, BMS, and IoT.
- Demonstrate expertise in protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX and tools like Power BI and SQL.
- Proven project and vendor management skills in live facility environments.
- Strong cybersecurity awareness applied to operational technology (OT) and IoT networks.
