

Designs and manufactures innovative equipment for turf, landscape, and construction industries.
Key duties include wearing all required PPE, following safety processes, loading and unloading weldments onto the robotic weld fixture by hand or hoist, starting the machine, engaging feed, and monitoring operation. The employee inspects weld quality, notifies the welder or supervisor of issues, checks inventory, requisitions parts, and inspects finished welds for correct count and overall quality.
Daily maintenance tasks involve running the robot through torch alignment, cleaning fixtures, and changing consumables such as tips, nozzles, and diffusers. The work area must be kept clean and safe according to 5S standards, and Lean methodologies should be applied to continuously improve the process.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with team members and supervisors, performing other duties as assigned, and maintaining a scientifically controlled production environment.

The position is on the 2nd shift, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with a base pay of $22.24 plus a $2.00 shift differential, for a total hourly rate of $24.24.
