Participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance efficiency and quality.
Perform advanced setup and calibration of all equipment.
Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain clean and safe work areas.
Diagnose equipment and quality problems while minimizing scrap and delays.
Assist maintenance with repairs and preventive maintenance (PM) of equipment.
Observe all safety and LOTO rules to operate equipment efficiently and effectively.
Maintain equipment tooling and tools necessary for job completion.
Record and report deficiencies in quality to supervisors or the quality department.
Inspect materials for quality issues before, during, and after production.
Complete reports related to production, changeovers, and scrap material.

Technical Skills: Ability to read and write English; maintain production records and logs; perform basic math including addition, subtraction, decimals, and fractions; experience with measuring devices such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers; ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and other necessary equipment.
Ability to perform work in a plant/manufacturing environment.
Experience: Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
Ability to stand for 10–12 hours.
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift, climb, bend, stoop, push, and pull; must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles for support over time without fatigue.
Additional Qualifications: Regular, full-time, predictable attendance; commitment to lead and promote safe work practices per regulatory and company policy.
Ability to remain stationary for several hours when necessary.
Constant movement and use of limbs; requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
