Administer, present, and instruct upon all Transportation training segments, material, and accountability relevant to Conductor in Training and/or New Hire Engineer certification programs.
Work collaboratively with the training team to develop the training department annual plan.
Assist in the review and modification of training material as necessary to comply with all regulatory agencies.
Assist in the setup of classroom space, procure presentation equipment, and prepare course materials.
Support in the development of the annual Training Plan for the Transportation Department.
Assist in the design and publication of training overviews, scheduling of visiting instructors, SMEs, and topic authority.
Assist in maintaining attendance, evaluations, and test records during training sessions.
Support regulatory compliance training for all transportation staff.
Assist in scheduling all required training.
Support in maintaining training database.
Support training tracking through current database.
Schedule SME, equipment, and territorial venues for field training as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the standards and expectations of all training programs are met.
Work with other team members to identify redundancies and efficiencies across departments.
Assist with the design and development of curriculum to meet training needs.
Support and monitor operational practices to ensure quality service while ensuring a safe and productive workplace.
Provide written training documentation/reports upon request and as necessary.

Must have intermediate skills of MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to communicate successfully with a variety of disciplines and levels, both internal and external key stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience working in a railroad operation with success in implementing training plans, curriculums, and ability to lead a group to execute yearly training plans.
Minimum of 2 years similar experience in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience required.
Demonstrated knowledge of convention of standard English grammar and usage when writing or presenting training materials or presentations.
Highly motivated and driven professional, able to manage multiple priority projects simultaneously.
Ability to travel through the Keolis Commuter Services network to facilitate training initiatives.
