Manage and prioritise estimates in accordance with all SLA’s and company processes, interrogate relevant project information requirements in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and to meet customer expectations
Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders
Prepare PFP estimations for a wide range of projects across both the infrastructure and energy segments using the most efficient product choices
Produce accurate and concise material take off reports and product volume estimates in a timely and efficient manner

Specific knowledge of the intumescent coatings industry, ideally for both Cellulosic and Hydrocarbon and a knowledge of corresponding standards.
Preferably a minimum of 5 years full time Passive Fire Protection estimation experience
Excellent level both spoken and written English Language (other languages would be desirable but not essential)
Ability to communicate with and challenge both internal/external customers
Fluency in Microsoft Office platforms and applications
Ability to read, interpret, understand structural drawings would be an advantage and where necessary question/discuss project outputs from structural drawings and material lists
