Tasks

-Build genuine and positive relationships with our amazing team, the children and their families, making every day full of rewarding memories and meaningful connections -Listen and collaborate with the team to turn feedback into action, bringing brilliant ideas to life through creative problem-solving -Work alongside our National Learning, Research and Development Partners to provide the support and guidance to your teams across all things Pedagogy, including areas like Inclusion Support, Wellbeing and Sustainability -Live and breathe the Green Leaves Commitments - role modelling and embracing the Commitments in day-to-day practice -Drive quality and continuous improvement by guiding teams to ensure we're always at our best
