Description
The lyf Guard (Guest Service Executive) acts as a multifaceted Community Manager who creates an inclusive, collaborative environment for lyf residents. A typical day includes checking in guests, recommending local attractions, performing light maintenance, and engaging with guests in social spaces after work. The role reports to the Senior GSAM or the Chief lyf Guard (GSM).
- Ensure guest well‑being from check‑in to departure: assist check‑in via app/kiosk, guide residents on DiscoverASR app features, handle queries and facilitate requests.
- Maintain operational efficiency: monitor room availability in PMS, follow corporate processes, perform bookkeeping, support housekeeping, manage walk‑ins and inquiries, conduct light housekeeping/engineering and coordinate contractors.
- Foster an inclusive community: track guest preferences, support event calendar creation with the Ambassador of Buzz, engage guests for feedback to improve their stay.
